1. About Block Puzzle

Block Puzzle is a free-to-play casual block puzzle game available on Android via Google Play. The game features a 10×10 board where players drag and drop colorful block pieces to fill rows and columns. Clearing lines earns points, and players progress through three game modes:

• Classic Endless — An untimed, relaxing puzzle mode where you place pieces until the board fills. No pressure, just pure puzzle fun.
• Journey Mode — A campaign of 1,000 hand-designed levels across 10 worlds with progressive difficulty, boss stages, and star-based scoring.
• Daily Challenge — A new puzzle every day with unique constraints and leaderboard-friendly scoring.

Block Puzzle is designed to be fast, responsive, addictive, and lightweight. It works fully offline — no internet connection is required to play the core game.

2. Information We Collect

We believe in minimal data collection. Block Puzzle collects the following:

2.1 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and screen resolution (used by ad services for ad targeting).
• Game Progress: Your level completion, stars earned, score history, and settings preferences are stored locally on your device using Hive database technology. This data never leaves your device unless you enable cloud save.
• Advertising ID: A non-personal advertising identifier may be collected by Google AdMob to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance.

2.2 Information You Provide

• Customer Support: If you contact us via email, we retain your email address and message history solely to resolve your issue. We delete these communications within 90 days of resolution.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email (unless you contact us), phone number, or physical address.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

Block Puzzle integrates the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

3.1 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device information, advertising ID, and general location (country-level) to show relevant ads. You can learn more at Google's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Google Play Services

The game uses Google Play Services for in-app purchases (removal of ads, booster packs). Payment processing is handled entirely by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Karna Digital never receives or stores your payment information.

3.3 Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics)

We use Firebase for anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting. Firebase collects non-personal aggregate data such as session duration, level completion rates, and crash logs. This helps us improve game quality. See Firebase Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage and Security

All game progress data (levels, scores, settings) is stored locally on your device using Hive, a fast No-SQL database. The data never leaves your device unless cloud save is enabled (a future feature). We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

Block Puzzle is rated for Everyone and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your region). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

The ads served by AdMob in the game are filtered using Google's child-directed ad settings to ensure age-appropriate advertising.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Deletion: Request deletion of your data.
• Opt-Out: Opt out of interest-based ads via device settings.
